The season of Epiphany is about illumination and understanding. Following the anticipation of Advent, preceding the contemplation of Lent, light is its metaphor. A light wrapped by the darkness of the past unseeing of the future.

Epiphany, in this way, serves as a resting and restoring place. A hopeful place, but one of transition. The world awaits. And we, in the moment, prepare.
